Reasons to Lose Weight

Sometimes its hard to make the right choices when it comes to eating and exercise. Its just so easy to pick up fast food and sit around all day.

I've already lost over 30 pounds since the beginning of 2012, but want to lose at least 30 more (my goal is 119 pounds... this is the the lowest I can go at my height and still be considered 'healthy weight'). Here are some of my personal reasons get thin, and stay thin.

  • Being able to wear whatever I want to look good in it.
  • Feeling small and light.
  • Going shopping and not be afraid that something might not fit.
  • Not having a muffin-top, even in compression workout pants/shorts.
  • Feeling (and seeing) my hip bones.
  • To feel comfortable walking around my house in my underwear.
  • To not feel self-conscious when having sex. I want to enjoy sex again... because right now I don't.
