I've already lost over 30 pounds since the beginning of 2012, but want to lose at least 30 more (my goal is 119 pounds... this is the the lowest I can go at my height and still be considered 'healthy weight'). Here are some of my personal reasons get thin, and stay thin.
- Being able to wear whatever I want to look good in it.
- Feeling small and light.
- Going shopping and not be afraid that something might not fit.
- Not having a muffin-top, even in compression workout pants/shorts.
- Feeling (and seeing) my hip bones.
- To feel comfortable walking around my house in my underwear.
- To not feel self-conscious when having sex. I want to enjoy sex again... because right now I don't.
