Here is a list of reasons I need to keep reminding myself of...
- Being a good role-model for my daughter.
- Feeling well-rested the morning after NOT drinking.
- SAVING MONEY... drinking is very expensive. I've spent as much as $100 in a week on booze!
- Knowing that I'm not poisoning myself to death.
- Having complete control over my words and actions.
- Not feeling regret after saying or doing something stupid while drinking.
- Being taken seriously.
- Having healthier hair and skin.
- Not getting that pink-cheek 'drunk-flush' I get sometimes on my face and then have people ask "are you OK?"... I hate that.
- Getting stuff done around the house, because I get next to nothing done when I drink in an evening.
